TC sorozat

The profiled absorber type TC, from ACE's innovative TUBUS series, is a self-contained element made from a special Co-Polyester elastomer and requires no maintenance. It has been specially developed for crane applications and complies with the international industry standards OSHA and CMAA. Many overhead crane applications require high spring action and return force. This is achieved with the unique double profile concept of the TC-S model. For an energy management system, the TC model provides an economical solution with a high restoring force capacity. The compactness and lightness of the range extends from Ø 64 mm to Ø 176 mm, with an absorption capacity covering a range from 450 Nm to 17,810 Nm/cycle. The excellent resistance to UV, sea water, microbial and chemical attack, combined with a wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to 90 °C, allows a wide range of applications.
The service life is extremely high: up to 20 times longer than polyurethane pads, up to 10 times longer than rubber pads and up to 5 times longer than steel springs.
